The following quote from Jason Upton’s blog just really hit me. He posted it almost two years ago but I just found it yesterday. He’s talking about how following Jesus is not the same thing as just admiring him, and then he says this:
“I want to follow you more than I believe in you. Believing you has not made me follow you as much as following you has made me believe you and trust you.”
I read this a while back – but just had to revisit it to say what an incredibly true thought this is.
