[...] I heard from my long lost friend Jeremy Grim today! I was coding a new function at work this morning when I was interrupted by a random instant message from someone not on my contact list. I knew something was up because the IM was “Foo Shniggens” (a long story that some of you already know, but suffice it to say that I knew that wasn’t spam). Anyway, it turns out it was my friend Jeremy from college whom I had lost touch with. Yes, this is the very same Jeremy that I built the cardboard burro with (the original cardboard animal).
The actual burro shows some serious attention to detail as well as a nice ROUNDING of the boxes (which makes it look more like an armadillo, but I digress...) I LOVE the "large box" legs. You're an inventive genius, Brad. If it wasn't for the burro, look at all the fun we wouldn't have had making our own "upholstered/puffed" version of animals. Now that I see how nice the box rounding turned out, I'm rather depressed that we didn't pull that over from your original. It would've saved money (and comments) on the fluffy stuff. ;)

Okay, okay, okay. But the picture is from almost a decade ago, so give me a little slack. It's the only picture I have of the Burro, so I decided to post it despite the outdated fashion sense on display.

Ouch. I hurt. I think I injured something. BWAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAA I'll have to dig out my sweater vest and wear it to work to commemorate the occasion. ;) Other than the fact you look in dire need of a ham sandwich, you look the same with more hair.
