Comments on: Tweaked Coppermine Plugin

What I want to do on my blog, is every few hours take the oldest post and move it to the
front of the queue, all automatically. Anyone know if there is a plugin that can do this or
a simple way to set up another plugin to do this (use my own feed perhaps)?

My initial tests have been very positive. I hope to have a new version posted tomorrow night that supports categories and a new function that can be used to include images in your sidebar (or anywhere else in your template for that matter). Stay tuned…

Bitweever, thanks for the comments. There are two things I’m trying to add to this in the near future. One is new tags to pull images from categories (which I know I can do) and the second is to get this to work outside posts (sidebar, etc). I don’t know yet if I an really do the sidebar thing, but I am looking into it.

Thanks for the positive feedback! It’s been a lot of fun figuring out a little PHP. I work as a software programmer in a shop that’s primarily Microsoft-based and it was nice to do something different for a change. Please feel free to make suggestions if there is anything else that would make this plugin better.
